We allow our dough to ferment at room temperature for 8-10 hours, then cold ferment for 12+ more hours before baking.

The Baker Behind the Loaves
My name is Jocelyne Pierce-Fleury, and the heart behind every loaf that comes out of my kitchen. Baking started as a simple way to nourish my family, but it quickly grew into something much more meaningful - a creative outlet and a way to bring comfort, yummy food & connection to others. I’m passionate about using quality ingredients, taking my time with each batch, and honoring the process that makes homemade sourdough bread so special. Every loaf I bake carries a piece of my story, my care, and my love for sharing good food with good people.
